Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery is Completely Free!!! Yes!! for most of the orders around the country. But incase of Special Delivery, Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the order size. Charges are calculated and shown during checkout before payment is made.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery options are available in select regions.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed:
You receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Our warehouse begins processing and packaging your items.
You’ll get a notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! A digital invoice is automatically emailed to you after purchase, and is also downloadable from your account dashboard.
Payment Infomation
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
Payment is debited from your bank account immediately after placing your order. You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as the payment is successful.
What is wishlist?
A wishlist lets you save items you’re interested in so you can come back to purchase them later. It’s perfect for planning gifts or organizing your favorites.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and your order number for faster processing.
We’ll arrange for replacement, return, or refund based on your preference.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are shipped.
Visit your account’s order page to request edits.
If already shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS.
